The Care Finder map brings together licensed assisted living and memory care communities across Oklahoma — so you can compare locations, care types, amenities, and starting prices side by side instead of piecing it together from a dozen websites and phone calls.
Every community on the map is licensed and inspected by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. We read those inspection records so our directory reflects more than marketing photos — helping you ask better questions on every tour.
When you want more than a map, we walk with you: narrowing the list to communities that fit your loved one’s care needs and budget, scheduling tours, and helping you weigh the options — from the first call to move-in day.
Our help is completely free to families, with no obligation. Like a real estate agent, we’re paid a referral fee by a community only if you choose to move in — never by you. Our only job is helping you find the right home.
Oklahoma Senior Placement was founded by Paul and Staci Swales. Paul walked beside his own mother through her final years of care, learning the system the hard way, like most families do. Staci spent more than a decade in hands-on caregiving — in-home care, companionship, the daily work families are trying to arrange. That experience became a local placement service built on a simple idea: every family deserves clear options and someone in their corner who has been where they are.
