What we do
Oklahoma Senior Placement, LLC, operated by Paul Swales, is a senior living referral agency. We help Oklahoma families find assisted living, memory care, and residential care. We learn what your family needs, discuss communities that may fit, help you compare pricing and availability, and — when you ask us to — introduce you to those communities and help arrange tours.
We are not a care provider, and we do not operate, own, or manage any community. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. The decision about where your loved one lives is always yours.
Who pays our fee
You never pay us anything. Our service is free to you and your family. When a family we refer moves into a community we have an agreement with, that community pays us a one-time referral fee. The fee is paid by the assisted living center or continuum of care facility — never by the consumer.
We are paid only when a family we referred moves into a community that has a referral agreement with us. Many Oklahoma communities have no agreement with us, and no community is required to do business with us. Having no agreement with a community does not stop us from helping you consider it, and does not change what you pay — which is nothing.
You can stop using us at any time
You may stop using Oklahoma Senior Placement at any time, without cause and without penalty. You do not need a reason, and nothing you owe changes — because you never owed us anything.
Just tell us by phone at (405) 655-5309 or by email at paul@oklahomaseniorplacement.com. When you do, we will notify every community we referred you to that you have stopped working with us.
How we choose what to show you
We take your preferences into account when suggesting communities — location, care needs, budget, and what matters to your family. Cost is never the only factor in what we recommend.
Our directory lists licensed Oklahoma communities whether or not they have an agreement with us, and our ratings are built from Oklahoma State Department of Health survey history — not from whether a community pays us.
Your information
When you give us your contact details, they come to Paul Swales. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about your search, and — with your request — share your enquiry with a community so they can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not broadcast it to a list of communities.
