Both state inspections of Baptist Village of Owasso in the past two years ended with no deficiencies cited. A resident did leave the building in June 2025; she was found walking down the street and returned without harm, and the state's review found the facility had notified the right people promptly, changed the door code, retrained staff, revised her care plan, and kept her on one-to-one supervision until a wander guard bracelet was in place. A separate January 2025 complaint about falls, call lights, medications, and family notification was also investigated and closed with no citations.
