Daily life includes three home-style meals, weekly housekeeping with flat linen service, free laundry facilities, complimentary scheduled transportation, and an emergency call system with individual climate controls in every unit, plus free basic cable and all utilities paid except personal telephone. Amenities include a large, elegant dining room, library, activity center, card and game areas, a full-service beauty salon and barber, a great room, garden areas, and a complimentary coffee center, with support services—help with dressing, bathing and hygiene, medication administration, a special nutritional program, and escort/transfer assistance—provided based on individual assessment. Bartlesville Assisted Living has been inspected twice in the past two years, in July 2024 and July 2025, and both surveys ended with no deficiencies cited. Each visit also included a complaint investigation, and neither complaint led to a citation. In 2025 the surveyor described the building as clean with no foul odor and observed residents being treated with dignity and respect, and noted that the salon, laundry, maintenance and medication rooms were locked, exits used keypads, and the memory care area had an enclosed courtyard. In 2024, after a complaint about staffing, the surveyor counted direct care staff on duty and reviewed grievance reports and Resident Council minutes without citing the facility.
