The community focuses on individualized, person-centered care in which staff respect each resident's needs every step of the way and coordinate healthcare services tailored to the individual, while encouraging residents to stay active, social, and engaged. The healthcare center specializes in skilled nursing and rehabilitation as well as long-term care. An on-site team of certified physical, occupational, and speech therapists supports recovery after strokes, cardiac events, surgery, fractures, joint replacement, and respiratory illness, and long-term care residents receive assistance with medication administration, personal hygiene, and self-care along with laundry services and daily social and recreational engagement. The community earned a 2025 Silver National Quality Award from AHCA/NCAL.

The state's November 2025 licensure inspection of Bradford Village's assisted living resulted in one citation, and all of it was in the kitchen: three opened juice containers were not labeled, dated or covered, the floors under the cooking equipment and sinks had a dark buildup of grease and debris, and the counter-mounted can opener had food buildup on the part that pierces cans. The facility put a detailed correction plan in place that the state accepted, and a December 26, 2025 follow-up found it in substantial compliance. This is the only survey document on file for the past two years, so there is limited history to compare against.
