Oklahoma inspectors arrived unannounced at Country Gardens in November 2025 to investigate complaints about medications and quality of care. They watched a medication pass and found every dose given as the doctor ordered, checked the medication refrigerator and found nothing expired, and noted the building was clean with no foul odor. Staff were seen interacting with residents, and residents were observed being treated with dignity and respect. No deficiencies were cited.
