Golden Oaks Village is a state-licensed assisted living community set on a 40-acre campus in a peaceful country setting on the west side of Stillwater, Oklahoma, near medical facilities, Oklahoma State University and local amenities. The scenic, woodsy grounds include paved walking trails, fishing ponds and landscaped areas with wildlife, and the community offers a comfortable home environment across assisted living apartments, independent living duplexes and homes. Professional staff, including registered nurses who conduct monthly medication reviews, deliver graduated care across five levels plus independent living, so services can be matched to each resident's needs. Assistance covers medication management, bathing and personal hygiene (up to seven times weekly at higher levels), dressing, grooming and oral care, ambulation and transfers, and toileting/incontinence support at higher levels. Daily life features all-day restaurant-style dining from 7am to 7pm, weekly housekeeping and linen service, a beauty salon/barber, library, theater room, 24-hour fitness center, chapel and free transportation to medical appointments.
