Residents live in personalized single-level senior apartments - no stairs or elevators - with private step-in-shower bathrooms, individual climate control, and a 24-hour emergency communication system. Certified staff are on duty around the clock with a licensed nurse always available, providing help with dressing, bathing, medication management, mobility, and incontinence care, plus three home-cooked meals daily, weekly housekeeping and laundry, on-site therapy and salon, spiritual programming, and scheduled transportation.

Both Oklahoma State Department of Health inspections of Homestead of Owasso in the last two years ended with no deficiencies cited, including the two-day relicensure survey in November 2025. In August 2024 the state investigated a serious complaint alleging CPR was not started immediately; over two days the surveyor interviewed staff about emergency response and training and reviewed resident assessments, care plans, physician orders and nursing notes, and no citation resulted. During that same visit the inspector found resident hallways clean and without odors and observed staff helping residents with daily personal care.
