Legacy Senior Living at Preston Hills West is a 10-bed residential assisted living home tucked into a quiet northwest Oklahoma City neighborhood, where a small resident count means no more than five residents to each caregiver. Residents enjoy home-cooked meals, mostly private rooms with private baths, a beauty salon, and days filled with music, gardening and intergenerational activities, supported by a 24/7 care team, medication management and cognitive memory care support. Founded and led by a licensed physician assistant whose own mother faced early-onset dementia, the home is built around the idea of moving a loved one "from a home to a home" rather than into an institution.
