Rainbow Health Care Community and Assisted Living is a family-oriented, faith-influenced provider in the small rural town of Bristow, celebrating 60 years of service as of 2023 and awarded 5-Star Quality Measures for its care. The staff includes physicians, nurses, certified aides, therapists, and support personnel who take a holistic approach: "Staff is dedicated to ensuring the whole body, mind and spirit are cared for." State inspectors visited Rainbow's assisted living three times in the past two years. The most recent licensure inspection, in November 2025, ended with no deficiencies cited, and a January 2025 complaint investigation into infection control also closed with no deficiencies. An earlier licensure survey in October 2024 did cite two problems — a sticky substance on the ice machine door and monthly medication reviews that had not been done since April — but the facility corrected both, and the state confirmed substantial compliance in December 2024.
