Saint Simeon's is Tulsa's non-profit senior community, a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Oklahoma set on a 50-acre Osage Hills campus and celebrating 65 years of service ("65 Years of Faith. A Lifetime of Care."). All faiths and backgrounds are welcome. The community takes a "person-centered approach to caring for our residents" that "ensures that you or your loved one will receive the appropriate level of medical care, with a focus on preserving health and well-being." Its Dotson Family Assisted Living Center offers a continuing-care model that lets residents age in place across multiple care levels under one roof without a buy-in fee, backed by higher-than-typical staffing including a full-time on-site nursing supervisor plus additional LPNs and 24-hour nursing care.
Assisted living apartments feature granite countertops, designer finishes, large private bathrooms with walk-in showers, and panoramic views, with three meals and snacks daily, weekly housekeeping, and flat-laundry service. Residents enjoy a wellness center with a heated saline therapy pool, a therapy gym, a bistro with fireplace, an ice cream parlor, a coffee spot, a resident library of over 2,500 volumes, and courtyards with gardens, a koi pond, and a gazebo. Additional services include a beauty salon and barber shop, podiatry, weekly musical entertainment, outings to museums and events, a chapel with full-time chaplain, and a gated, secure campus.

Saint Simeons Episcopal Home was visited unannounced twice in the past two years, in October 2024 and again in January 2025, and both times the state cited no deficiencies. Both visits were prompted by abuse allegations, and in each case inspectors observed residents, interviewed residents and staff, and reviewed clinical records before finding nothing to cite. During the October visit the surveyor specifically noted that residents were clean and groomed and that staff were interacting with them in a kind and respectful way, and counted the nurses on duty against the state's required staffing level. For a family, a clean result on an abuse investigation is meaningful, because it means the state looked hard and did not sustain the concern.
