Inspectors spent two days at The Renaissance Villages of Stillwater in March 2025, combining a licensure survey with two complaint investigations. They looked into allegations about incontinence care, dignity and cleanliness, staffing, and abuse, and the only deficiency cited was a paperwork one: an incident report that reached the state five days after the incident instead of within one business day. The facility corrected that, and an April 2025 follow-up found it in substantial compliance. This is the only survey on file in the past two years, so there is a limited track record to judge from.

A March 2025 relicensure survey with complaint investigations examined allegations of physical, verbal or psychosocial abuse, untimely incontinence care, failure to treat residents with dignity and respect, an unclean or odorous environment, and inadequate staffing. None of those allegations was cited as a deficiency in its own right; the survey's single citation, an isolated finding, was for failing to report an assault allegation to the state health department within one business day. 03-06-2025
